WILEY'S AT MIDDLEBRIDGE,
95 Middlebridge Road, Narragansett, 782-3830.Tucked on the Narragansett side of Middlebridge, Wiley's is a light-flooded little place, with just 10 tables and a small counter. A chalkboard lists the many enticing seafood choices at this informal Southwestern-accented restaurant. One unusual option is the "fried flounder Santa Fe" ($8.95), which is rolled in yellow and blue corn-chip crumbs and fried to an ungreasy turn. Lunch features five salads and some weirdly wonderful sandwiches " offerings include organic peanut butter and jelly ($1.95) and yellowfin tuna steak ($4.95). Lines extend outside for weekend breakfasts, when the choices range from blue-corn or buttermilk pancakes ($2.95/$3.25) to breakfast burritos ($5.25) filled with scrambled eggs, guacamole, and fresh tomato salsa.
